Submit artwork entries at the Chautauqua Galllery in the Lincoln Parish Library Tuesday, May 23 12p - 6p and Wednesday, May 24 9a - 1p.

Regulations

All sale prices should reflect 15% commission to NCLAC. Neither NCLAC, the Louisiana Peach Festival, nor the Exhibit venue is liable for loss or damage of work. All 2-dimensional work MUST be dry and WIRED FOR HANGING. NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS OR HOOKS. All works must be original and must have been completed within the last two years. No copies of other artwork, or anything made from kits or commercial molds should be submitted. Work should NOT have been shown in any prior NCLAC Peach Art Exhibit. Works considered unsuitable for a general viewing audience will not be acceptable.

Categories

Adult: A1 DRAWING- graphite, color pencils, pastels, digital drawings, printmaking, etc. A2 PAINTING- watercolors, oils, acrylics, digital paintings, etc. A3 PHOTOGRAPHY- photographic process works, film and digital. A4 3-D/MIXED MEDIA- collage, sculpture, pottery, glass, stone, wood works, metal, fiber, other handmade works.

Teen: T! Ages 13 to 15 and T2 Ages 16 to 18.

Youth: Y1 Ages 6 and under, Y2 Ages 7 to 9, and Y3 Ages 10 to 12.

Entry Fees

$10 per child, $15 per adult category. Youth/Teens limited to two entries. Adults limited to two entries per category. NCLAC members receive $5 discount per child/category. Forms can be accessed online at www.nclac.org or picked up in print at Dixie Theatre, Creative Exchange, Fine Line, The Collective, and Ruston Artisans.

Opening Reception will be held on Thursday, June 1 from 5p - 7 p at the Lincoln Parish Library Events Center, 910 N. Trenton St., Ruston, LA 71270. Awards will be announced and given at 6p.

Awards

Adult Best of Show $300, 1st Place $150, 2nd Place $125, and 3rd Place $100. Teen Best of Show $150, 1st Place $100, 2nd Place $75, and 3rd Place $50. Youth Best of Show $75, 1st Place $50, 2nd Place $35, and 3rd Place $20.

Exhibit is open to the public from June 1 to June 25 in the Chautauqua Gallery at the Lincoln Parish Library, 910 N. Trenton St., Ruston, LA 71270 during regularly scheduled library hours.

Check out and pick up for artwork will be on Monday, June 26 from 12p - 6p and Tuesday, June 27 9a - 1p in the Chautauqua Gallery at the Lincoln Parish Library, 910 N. Trenton St., Ruston, LA 71270.
