We will be partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Ruston for art camps for Session 1 and Session 2. Sessions 3, 4, 5, and 6 will be open for public registration on the following dates (see grade levels for each session below): Session 3 (July 7-11), Session 4 (July 14-18), Session 5 (July 21-25), and Session 6 (July 28-Aug. 1). All sessions will be located at the Lincoln Parish Library in the Children’s Department Story Time Room. Join us for a week of visual arts lessons developed by local art educators.
We want to thank Christiane Drieling for her Art on 45 funds that are supporting Summer Arts Camp. Thanks also to the Louisiana Division of the Arts, the Louisiana Office for Cultural Development, and the National Endowment for the Arts for funding projects like this across our state and for letting us be a part of that endeavor this year. We also want to thank our partners the Boys & Girls Club of Ruston and the Lincoln Parish Library. Without community partnerships and sponsors such as these, projects like our Summer Arts Camps would not be possible.
